Excellent staff and helpful with restaurant and trip recommendations. Good WiFi and clean, new rooms. Lively neighborhood with nice bars nearby. Easy access to metro and short taxi trips to attractions.

This hotel in Rio is excellent value for money. It's located in a safe, working-class neighborhood just a short walk from the metro. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure every guest is well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the two single beds, are clean and comfortable. I loved having breakfast here - the spread of hot and cold items, including the homemade cakes, was a great way to start the day. The tiny window in the room even offered a nice view of the surroundings.

The service and ambiance were excellent. The breakfast, especially the cappuccino and fruit salad, was good. Maria Cláudia, the receptionist, was professional and helpful. The beds were clean, comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly. The location was ideal for visiting attractions and close to the metro station. The staff, including Igor, Alfredo, Hugo, and Gutemberg, were friendly and spoke fluent English. a cozy and pleasant experience.
